I'm just now exploring this. I mean I'm in the very beginning of learning about securities trading in general, and these day-trading, technical analysis concepts.
One thing I've been wondering is if you have one of these dives that the market takes, say Trump mentions a tariff and everything goes nuts, are there simply securities that you know are going to go back up, and you can just get in and make a killing quick with little risk? Like this last dip in the market that went right back up, wouldn't there have been securities that would have been no-brainers to go back up if you bought them low?

I noticed that you haven't mentioned candlestick pattern. Are those something you would recommend studying before going in to trading?
