The tech giant is teaming up with Space and Time—a Web3 data platform—to integrate indexed blockchain data directly into Microsoft Fabric. Its all-in-one analytics platform. The move is set to simplify access to real-time data from major chains like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Sui Network. This helps builders tap into blockchain insights without reinventing the wheel.
This partnership comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly exploring blockchain and AI solutions. With Space and Time’s verifiable data layer now plugged into Fabric. So, users can unlock onchain data directly inside their applications. This is whether they’re building fintech dashboards, blockchain-based services, or AI-powered analytics tools.
Web3 Data, Now a Fabric Feature
Space and Time indexes data from popular blockchains and makes it easily searchable and verifiable. With this integration, Microsoft developers can now access blockchain activity across networks like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Sui Network inside Fabric. This is without needing specialized infrastructure or third-party APIs. “This integration enables a wealth of new data-driven use cases across financial services, Web3 apps, and AI to be built on Microsoft technology,” said Nate Holiday, Co-Founder of Space and Time and CEO of MakeInfinite Labs, the core team behind the project.

By combining Space and Time’s decentralized data with Microsoft’s analytics tools, enterprises gain a seamless way to visualize. Also, to interpret, and act on blockchain data. For example, a bank using Microsoft Fabric could now track Ethereum wallet activity. Also, Bitcoin transaction flows, or Sui smart contract events—all from a single dashboard.
Strategic Support and a Growing Trend
Microsoft’s interest in blockchain data infrastructure isn’t new. Its venture arm, M12, participated in Space and Time’s $20 million Series A round in August 2024 and previously led a strategic funding round in 2022. This new product integration deepens that relationship and underscores Microsoft’s commitment to Web3 development.
“We’re thrilled to expand our collaboration with Microsoft to provide verifiable blockchain data to enterprises, institutions, and developers building on Fabric.

It also reflects a broader industry trend: traditional tech firms are increasingly integrating blockchain data into enterprise-grade tools. As financial institutions and app developers demand more transparency and automation, access to reliable onchain data becomes critical.
This integration positions Microsoft Fabric as a hub for blockchain-enabled data innovation. With trusted data from Space and Time, builders can now create smarter, more secure tools without navigating the complexities of blockchain infrastructure.
